Our services are designed to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual client. All our programs consist of four components that work together to support you throughout your journey.
Your health coach will be there to guide you through the program and assist you in making changes to your lifestyle. They will be your best cheerleader and motivator, plus they'll be there to keep you accountable. Your coach will call every week to check on your weight loss, your challenges, your opportunities, and your victories. Knowing that call is coming helps keep you accountable and on track.
We have an incredible community here for you! In addition to the direct support from your coach, we have weekly virtual community calls as well as an incredible private support page. It has thousands of members who are all on the same health journey. It is a great place to share triumphs, post successes, and stay motivated. You will also be able to find a ton of healthy recipes that will help you on your plan.
This is the part of our program that gets your mind healthy. We all know that losing the weight is only half the battle...keeping it off can be just as hard. We want you to be successful for a lifetime of optimal health and our educational system will set you up for that. The journal-style textbook will help you recognize your relationship with food, such as how you react when you're stressed or when life happens, and also set up strategies to overcome food issues so you can learn to maintain your results for a lifetime!

This is the part that gets your body healthy! Our plans are about nutrition made simple! You don’t have to figure this out: it’s already done for you.
Each day during your weight loss phase you'll eat several small meals, known as "fuelings," as well as nutritionally balanced meal(s) prepared at home, and drink at least 64 oz of water.
How many fuelings and home prepared meals you have each day will be customized based on your goals, current health status, and activity level. Your fuelings are provided for you for simplicity and structure. They are designed to be everything your body needs and nothing it doesn’t!
By following the plan your coach recommends for you, your body will go into a nutritionally balanced state, leaving you feeling full and satisfied while you learn healthy portion control for optimal health, well beyond the weight loss phase.
